Certifications and accreditation
The BrianzAcque analysis laboratory has adopted a management system for environment, energy, and safety quality and operates in compliance with the standards:
• UNI EN ISO 9001:2015
• UNI EN ISO 14001:2015
• UNI ISO 45001:2018
• UNI EN ISO 50001:2011
The laboratory is also accredited since 2010, as a Multisite Laboratory, according to UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 - General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories (no. 1139). Accredia is the body designated by the Italian Government that assesses the competence of laboratories, applying the most rigorous standards to verify their behaviour and continuously monitoring their performance over time.
Accreditation according to the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 standard can be defined as: “Third-party attestation, relating to a body assessing a testing laboratory, as to its competence to produce technically valid data and results”. Accreditation is therefore a guarantee of:
