The cancellation request arises when one wishes to terminate the supply and seal or remove the meter.
The request can be filled out by the account holder or a delegated person using the form provided in the dedicated section.
The request can be submitted in the following ways:
- By sending the completed form to the email address servizioclienti@brianzacque.it
- By sending the completed form via fax to the number 0362 305947;
- At one of our offices, by scheduling an appointment at the number 800.005.191, active from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm, and on Saturday from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm.
Once the request is taken into account, an appointment will be scheduled for cancellation. The appointment time slot is three hours, as outlined in the Service Charter. A delegated person from the User can also attend the appointment, but their presence is mandatory.
