Contract Termination

WHAT IT IS USED FOR

The cancellation request arises when one wishes to terminate the supply and seal or remove the meter.

HOW TO SUBMIT THE REQUEST

The request can be filled out by the account holder or a delegated person using the form provided in the dedicated section.

The request can be submitted in the following ways:

  • By sending the completed form to the email address servizioclienti@brianzacque.it
  • By sending the completed form via fax to the number 0362 305947;
  • At one of our offices, by scheduling an appointment at the number 800.005.191, active from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm, and on Saturday from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm.
THE PROCEDURE

Once the request is taken into account, an appointment will be scheduled for cancellation. The appointment time slot is three hours, as outlined in the Service Charter. A delegated person from the User can also attend the appointment, but their presence is mandatory.
